Production Engineering

Once ‘Detail Engineering’ is complete and the drawings are approved, SDSI will proceed with engineering the Production details. We work closely with, or on behalf of, the interior builders to ensure a seamless transition from design to production.

 

During this phase, we develop outline details into Production-level drawings that adhere to project standards and, where applicable, specific IOC standards. These drawings cover key aspects such as final material specifications, construction and installation details, hardware, fittings, and finishing systems.

 

We also produce workshop drawings for the interior builder, detailing all interior components. These drawings include information on walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, hardware lists, and material lists, and are based on both the production details and assembly drawings.

 

Additionally, we can generate CNC files to provide the necessary input for CNC machines in the workshop, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
